At Home & Garden Lebanon, we aim to deliver your home decor, garden supplies, and outdoor furniture safely and efficiently across Lebanon.

1. Delivery Timeframes

  • Beirut & Immediate Suburbs: Delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Outside Beirut (All Other Regions in Lebanon): Delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Delivery Fee: $4 for standard packages nationwide.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on all orders over $150.
  • Bulky & Heavy Items (Outdoor Sets, Large Planters, Garden Furniture): Additional handling fees may apply based on dimensions and weight. Rates are calculated at checkout or confirmed via phone prior to dispatch.

3. Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all orders nationwide. Payment can be made in USD or LBP at the daily market rate upon receiving your parcel.
  • Online Payment: Coming Soon.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, our customer service team will contact you via WhatsApp or Phone Call to confirm your delivery location and schedule.

5. Inspecting Your Order

  • Please inspect your items (especially fragile items like glass, ceramics, or live plants) upon delivery.
