Refund & Return Policy

At Home and Garden LB, we value our customers and stand by the quality of our products. While we aim for your complete satisfaction, please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:
• The product is defective.
• The product is not as described on our website.

We do not offer refunds for reasons related to personal preference, change of mind, or simply not liking the product.

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 10 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

3. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Items must include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

4. Refund Method

Unless otherwise approved by management, refunds will be issued as store credit for future purchases.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Clearance or sale items
• Perishable goods

6. Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item or
an error on our part.
• If returning an item for any other reason (where eligible), the customer is
responsible for return shipping costs.

7. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

and the reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for sending the item
back.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
