1. Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Lebanon and internationally. Shipping fees and delivery times depend on your
location and will be calculated at checkout.

 

2. How long does delivery take?

• Lebanon: 2–5 business days depending on your area.
• International: Delivery times vary by destination. Estimated timelines will be
  provided at checkout.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:
• All major credit cards
• Whish Money
• Cash on Delivery (COD) within Lebanon

4. Can I return an item?

Yes — returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, but only if the item is defective or not as
described. We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

5. How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued as store credit, unless otherwise approved by management.

6. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — if the item is defective or incorrect, we can arrange an exchange or replacement at no extra cost. If an exchange is approved for any other reason, delivery charges and any other
additional charges are to be covered by the customer or done in store.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details (where
available) or delivery updates from our courier partner.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.

9. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

Yes — gift wrapping is available upon request for an additional fee. Please add a note during
checkout or contact us to arrange it.
